How the Workplace Program Works
While every program is custom tailored to the organization we are working with there is a general format that has the best long-term results. Our intentions are to embed the language of DiSC and the benefits, into the dynamics of your company. This will allow your company to experience long-term results rather than just another training session.
The program begins with an online assessment that takes each person about 20 minutes to complete. This produces some foundational data that will be used throughout the program. You can view an example of the report each individual receives HERE. Next are a series of facilitated workshops designed to increase the understanding and use of DiSC. Each session is an engaging, interactive experience with videos that help participants understand the power of taking a person’s style into consideration when beginning a project together, participating in meetings, or offering feedback. These session modules can be scheduled on different days or as a half-day workshop. Here is an outline of each session:
After the completion of the program, you continue to have access to some amazing tools to keep the learning alive.
